Budapest Scientology Community Marks 10-Year Milestone

Hundreds of Scientologists assembled at the Váci Road church in Budapest to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Budapest Ideal Organization on Váci Road. Opened in 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become an eu newspapers important meeting place for the Hungarian Scientology community. The anniversary featured a religious service, live music, a photographic and video retrospective and a presentation looking toward the coming years. Over its first ten years, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives.
